Metropolitan Oval Academy operates from its field complex at 60th Street and 60th Court in Maspeth, Queens, a ground in use since 1925. It fields boys and girls competitive teams from youth ages through U19, competing in MLS Next and The League for Clubs, alongside a juniors development program and summer camps. The site includes a synthetic field, a gym, and locker rooms.
