Founded in 1976 as the East Hudson Youth Soccer League, this is a regional league rather than a single club, with member clubs across the Hudson Valley. Competition is organized from U9 through high school for boys and girls, alongside Premier, Academy and T3 training tracks based at the Hudson Valley Sportsdome in Milton.
