Founded in 1977, this Colonie club offers spring and fall recreation leagues, travel teams, and clinics and camps for players from preschool age through the teen years, plus adult pickup. Travel sides play in the Capital District Youth Soccer League under Eastern New York Youth Soccer, with home fields at the Lisha Kill Sports Complex on Consaul Road.
