Ballston/Ballston Spa/Burnt Hills, Saratoga
A municipal recreation body formed in 1952, BARC serves the towns of Milton, Malta and Ballston plus the village of Ballston Spa in Saratoga County. Youth soccer is among the sports it administers, with a volunteer soccer commissioner and a technical coordinator overseeing the program.
